Humphrey's Weekender Performance Plate

The performance plate allows you to connect a PID (Pit Temperature Controller) to your Weekender Series Smoker.  (Weekender, Long Weekender, Holiday Weekender).  Remove one bolt on your daisy wheel air vent and replace the wheel with this performance plate.  It will come with the 3/4" ball valve ready to receive your adapter.
