Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. A 5-10% restocking fee may apply to custom ordered cookers and appliances.

Preorder/Hold Policy

Regarding In Stock Items: Once preordered item is in stock, down payment will be refundable within 4 weeks of initial payment. After 4 weeks, if item is not picked up, down payment is no longer refundable and will be forfeited.

Regarding Non-Stock Orders: The same parameters applied to In Stock Items not necessarily apply due to occasionally unforeseen shipping delays. If unforeseen shipping delays arise, customer will be refunded down payment, not have down payment forfeited.  

 

Shipping

Please note: Due to recent increase in fraudulent transactions, orders that do not have the same billing and shipping address will be declined and will not be fulfilled. 

We only ship UPS as they have been the cheapest and most reliable for us for years now. 

All Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM CST will go out the same day. All orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will not go out until Monday.

We can't guarantee that orders placed after 3 PM Monday-Friday will go out the same day. 

Once you place an order with us you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a separate email with the shipping carrier and tracking number that you can use to trace the progress of your order. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for all of our items we sell are all based off the weight and dimensions of each item. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights and dimensions will be rounded up to the next full pound.
