Our Story

Nothing beats a perfectly grilled pork steak on Memorial Day weekend or tender St. Louis style ribs on the 4th of July. At our house, in the middle of winter when many have covered their grills for months, the aroma of slow-cooked brisket lingers in from the patio. Good cooks, delicious food and quality time with family are part of our heritage.

What began over 30 years ago as leisurely experimenting with a variety of grills and smokers to enjoy mouth-watering BBQ steadily evolved into a desire to share the best products and cooking techniques with everyone. Our passion for smoking meat led to attending and participating in the BBQ competition circuit. Through the competitive BBQ circuit our knowledge and experience increased using all different styles of cookers and smokers from the best brands in the industry. In 2007, we started as an authorized Backwoods Smoker dealer and have expanded our product lineup each year since then.

You can rest assured that our intimate knowledge of the cookers, smokers, BBQs, and accessories is second to none. Although we no longer compete, we are actively involved in competition BBQ and supply many competitors with their equipment. We stay up-to-date within the industry and are on top of the tricks and trends in the world of big BBQ.
