Plowboys Tarheel Tang BBQ Sauce can be described as a Carolina style vinegar sauce with Kansas City influence. The vinegar profile is tangy, yet sweet. A touch of smoke and tomato have been added a la KC. Habanero, red pepper and mustard flour are the unsung heroes.
Great on both Pork and Chicken.

Ingredients: Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Distilled Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Corn Syrup, Salt, Habanero Peppers, Spices, Crushed Red Pepper, Mustard Flour, and Onion Powder.
