Sweetwater Smoked Habanero Brine - 16 oz

This brine is the fiery cousin of Apple Chipotle bbq bath, loaded with smoked habanero peppers, ancho chilies, onion, garlic, and balanced with the sweetness of apple juice. This is my best brine recipe...if you can handle it. 

Amazing, lip numbing, baked habanero brined hot wings are perfect on gameday. I've been told that a smoked pork tenderloin in our Smoked Habanero brine is so good one could mix a drink with it - that's a high compliment for a piece of meat in my opinion.

We took 3rd Place in the Fiery Foods Festival - out baked wings vs 42 fried wing competitors.  Ever eaten something fried that wasn't delicious?  We were better than 41 of those.

This brine is great on pork, poultry, and seafood.

Ingredients:  Apple Juice, Brown Sugar, Ancho Chile, Onion, Smoked Serrano Chile, Habanero Chile, Garlic, Onion, Tamarind Paste, Celery Seed, Kosher Salt.
